Nordic Dentistry is accepting new patients from Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas. Here is what to expect, and how to book.
Step 1
Send us your details
Fill in the form below. Our front desk reviews it and calls you to confirm a time that works.
Step 2
Bring what you have
Photo ID, your insurance or CDCP details, and a list of any medications you take.
Step 3
Your first visit
An exam, any needed X-rays (used only when necessary), and a clear plan with costs before anything starts.
Step 4
Coverage sorted
We accept CDCP and most major plans, and bill them directly so you only cover the difference.
